Important Registration Notes:

-If this form is not completed timely, we will likely be unable to proceed with your protest.
-If the Owner Information in Step 3 is not accurate, please proceed with the representation as is, then reply to this email letting us know the Owner Information needs updating.
-The name that you sign in Step 5 must match the Property Owner Name provided in Step 3. If these names do not match, the appraisal district will not accept the form, thereby rejecting our authorization. 
-Your pricing plan cannot be changed at this point in the protest season. Selecting a different pricing plan in Step 5 will not change your existing agreement for 2022.
-This form is for updating existing documentation only. Registering a new property that was not already on our docket prior to the protest deadline will not result in 2022 representation of the new property.

  2.  Our team of property tax experts will take it from there. We research your property, build your case, then protest on your behalf at the appraisal district.
  3.  We follow up with you once the protest is finalized and send an invoice based on your tax savings.

    The protest schedule allows for cases to be heard starting in late-March. Depending on when you sign up, you can expect to hear from us from late July to early November.
