How to Find Your Notice of Appraised Value

Here’s how to access your Notice of Appraised Value online, in just a few easy steps.

Travis County

Follow the steps below to get your copy from Travis Central Appraisal District.

  1. Follow this link http://propaccess.traviscad.org/clientdb/?cid=1
  2. Enter your property address in the “Property Search” box and click “search”
  3. Click the blue “View Details” link
  4. Scroll down to click the grey “Values” drop down arrow
  5. Click the blue bar that says “View Notice of Appraised Value”
  6. Now you can save, or print, your Notice of Appraised Value

Williamson County

Follow the steps below to get your copy from Williamson Central Appraisal District.

  1. Follow this link http://search.wcad.org/
  2. Enter your property address in the “Property Search” box and select your property from the drop down list
  3. Click on the “Notice of Appraised Value” icon at the top of the page, in the middle
  4. Now you can save, or print, your Notice of Appraised Value
